According to Microsoft, it has “rolled back a network change” that it believes may have been the cause of tens of thousands of users being unable to access its services, including Teams and Outlook, worldwide.
A website outage tracking tool called Downdetector revealed that more than 5,000 users in the UK had reported that the email service Outlook was unavailable.
There have also been reports of issues with Teams and Xbox Live.
As the change takes effect, Microsoft stated that it was “monitoring the service.”
