Romanian court extends Andrew Tate and brother’s detention by the police

Following an extension of their police detention by a Romanian court, influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan will remain in custody until February 27.

The two have been detained since late December while Romanian police look into rape and exploitation claims.

Both Tate and his brother reject the accusations leveled against them.

Authorities assert that the brothers were a part of a group that coerced women into producing pornographic material.

The brothers have not yet been charged with anything. They have not yet had the opportunity to enter a guilty or not guilty plea because they have not yet been charged.
