About the program

The Cross-Cultural Exchange Program 2023 in Germany aims to strengthen civil societies by offering an outstanding fully funded fellowship in Europe to 120 professionals or active volunteers from 40 countries of the world to collaborate in the intellectual exchange of ideas and expertise. In this two- to three-month exchange program in Germany, participants work with partner organizations under the supervision of world-class professionals. The exchange program provides participants with a platform where they can deepen their skills and experience and strengthen their network by networking with other intellectuals from around the world.

The Cross-Cultural Exchange Program is a great opportunity to travel to Germany for free and participate in intellectual workshops and at events hosted by CEE. The CrossCulture Leadership and Exchange Program is an initiative of the German Federal Foreign Office. The program is designed to enable committed and talented professionals and volunteers to think outside the box, think outside their own cultural connections, and participate in the growth and development of their communities.

Criteria for admission to the opportunity

 Participants from Germany can apply.
 Participants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
 Also, participants must have at least two years of professional experience in civil society organizations in their home country.
 The applicant must be proficient in English and knowledge of German will be an added point (no language certificate required).
 The applicant must be in good health.

Documents required for application

 A copy of the graduation certificate.
 English language qualification (i.e. language proof from your school, university or IELTS).
 A copy of your passport or national ID.
 Write a letter of motivation in English.
 Recommendation letter from a teacher or university professor.

Fully Funded Cross-Cultural Scholarship Benefits

 The program will be provided with a monthly stipend of 550 euros.
 Participants will be given a round trip ticket.
 Fellows will receive a monthly public transportation ticket.
 Also, health insurance will be covered in this scholarship.
 Visa costs (if applicable) will be reimbursed.
 Participants from Germany will receive a monthly stipend of 500 euros plus an additional 550 euros in the name of accommodation along with the other benefits mentioned.
