Scholars from all over the world are invited to apply for the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship in the Netherlands. The program pays for tuition, living expenses, and other educational costs. Candidates who are interested in applying should do so before the deadline.

Level and Study Subjects
The proposal is for undergraduate and postgraduate students interested In science as well as other related areas.
The bursary program will be held at the University of Amsterdam in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Criteria for Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship, you must:
-does not hold the nationality of an EU/EEA or Swiss country
-be ineligible for study grants and loans under the Dutch system.
-will not be eligible for the UvA’s lowered student tuition rate for EEA students.
-not be awarded a grant for the same study period as the AMS
-have forwarded a complete application to any of the MSc programmes
-have been (or will be) admitted to any of the MSc programmes at the UvA for the first time
-be able to meet the requirements for obtaining a Dutch permit (if applicable).
-have finished their prior school program within the last three years.
-Application for the Amsterdam Scholarship Program is a component of the application process for your preferred Master’s program. -Additionally, in your motivation letter, include a paragraph explaining why you want to be recognised for the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship and what would it mean for your future academic career.
